Aug 7, 2008 - slight pressure is quite normal when giving attention to the third eye but make sure as he said only be aware in a relaxed way and not intensely concentrate on the point as this would contribute to the some pain.

Oct 22, 2008 - Does anyone else ever experience a kind of white noise sensation when concentrating on the third eye, like hearing i really hectic stream of noise only its only in your head...i sometimes get this sensation whilst meditating. it can get really intense, i don't know if this is a good sign or a bad one. if anyone has any ideas or thoughts on this i would love to hear them.

Nov 29, 2008 - it is center of eyebrows about a 1/2 inch up. imagine when he tells you to breathe in through your nose deeply, that the air is hitting it bringing energy. as you focus there, you will start to feel the area... the more you do this discipline the stronger it will become and the more easier too. you can then use it naturally everyday with everyday things,reading,school,work,stress release ect.

Nov 29, 2008 - i know what you are speaking of and at times i hear it just when its quiet. my guess is that it can be good due to the fact that i only hear it when my mind is blank. i actually use it as a center. i tend to believe the sound,or energy, comes from the center as does any sound or visuals you may see through out your day being processed through your brain. im sure you have seen the images of that star-like light in the center of the brain.

Jan 6, 2009 - Heyy..even I get that static kinda noise inside my brain...its always there but I become aware of it only when I am meditating or just sitting in silence...Not sure if its coming from centre of consciousness though because when I concentrate hard I feel that the noise is actually little behind the centre..Anyways, can someone from LifeBliss please tell us what is this inside noise & whether to use it for meditating or just ignore it...Thanks..
