Domestic or foreign groups that seek violence as a means to send out their message will always be there.The more serious problem is inability to prevent or respond to attacks. Apathy is the biggest problem of Indians. If you think US is bad, you have no idea. Indians just dont have time to think about the world around them. There is no inspriational political leadership and young people so far dont connect politics in any sort of way. Even voting.

The people that vote are poor people that are paid for their votes.This leads to old and rich politicians forming governments and they are not that passionate about country or interested in fixing problems. The police still carry .303s and they dont have radios. They are very ill trained and ill equipped. No swat kind of teams to handle special situations. No crisis management teams. In this case the army had to step in.
