You must understand every inch of the place is covered in carvings so I thing it's a floral design to fill the space between the animal and larger pattern.It's also one single tiny picture, among dozens, in an insignificant corner, of an unimportant room. You'd think if dinosaurs where there they'd be a tad more significant that that.
