Another example was where a kid goes off plays with his/her friends flying kites but the kids thoughts are with Waheguru. I agree that some contemporary bhangra is filled with lust and maya, but what about dances like ballet? Is it so wrong to dance and have fun if the lyrics and moves are clean? I wonder if this 'anti-bhangra' movement by the likes of Amolak Singh is a way to scare their youth and keep them more closely to the jatha?
