Dec 15, 2008 - 2 softend sticks real butter,4 cups powder sugar, but sift it before soo it is fluffy, 2 teaspoons vanilla,pinch of salt and 1/4 cup of heavy cream, i make it all the time it is very easy and you can do it ith a hand mixer but if it is a cheapo one it will die shortly, i use a quisenart pink hand mixer and it has lasted 4 yrs
