Dec 16, 2008 - I listened to this video. These rigid rules and laws are rediculous. 12 to 18 months? Come on ppl. By that time a child or parent could have been run over by a truck. Living in Mongolia for 6 months?? Come on?? Most of us have careers and work so that we can provide a descent home and living.IT seems that the country of Mongolia doesn't want to help it's poor or it's poor, homeless children. Otherwise...it would loosen up on the adoption laws.
