田黃凍石印章"包漿"( 唐代 )三酸圖 - 醋 "不古不今梢出新意" 9.9x9x5cm 810g醋的典故－吃醋　　相傳，唐太宗李世民為拉攏人心，賜了宰相房玄齡兩名小妾，房玄齡夫人妒忌心重，不肯讓這兩名小妾進門，唐太宗知道後宣房夫人進宮，怒道：「你敢違朕的旨意，這裡有兩條路任你選擇，一條是領回這二位美女，和和氣氣的過日子，另一條是喝了這壇「毒酒」，省得妒嫉旁人了。」誰知房夫人性烈，拿起「毒酒」一飲而盡，飲完後才知道是醋。唐太宗歎了口氣道：「房夫人，莫怨朕用這法子逼你，你妒心也太大了。不過念你寧死也戀著丈夫，朕收回成命。」從此，「吃醋」便成了女人間妒忌的代名詞。鎮江香醋的傳說　　　　相傳，兩三千年以前，在我國山西省運城，有位賢人叫杜康又名杜少康，釀酒很出名，被譽為"酒仙"。香醋是他的兒子黑塔發明的。　　在杜康發明了釀酒術的那一年，他舉家來到鎮江，在城外開了個前店後作的小槽坊，兒子黑塔在作坊裏幫助父親提水搬缸，釀酒賣酒，同時還養了匹黑馬。　　一天，黑塔做完了工作，給缸內酒槽加了幾桶水，口渴就捧起酒罈一口氣喝了好幾斤米酒，不久，酒精發作，黑塔就醉醺醺的回馬房睡覺去了。突然，耳邊一聲響雷，黑塔迷迷糊糊的睜開眼睛看見房內站著一位白髮老翁，正笑瞇瞇的指著大缸對他說："黑塔，你釀的調味瓊漿，已經二十一天了，今日酉時就可以品嘗了。"黑塔正欲再問，誰知老翁已不見了，他大聲叫喊："仙翁，仙翁！"自己便被驚醒了，原來剛才是自己發了一場夢。　　黑塔回想剛才夢中發生的事情，覺得十分奇怪，這大缸中裝的不過是喂馬用的酒糟再加了幾桶水而已，怎麼會是調味的瓊漿呢？黑塔將信將疑，正覺唇幹舌燥，就喝了一碗，誰知一喝，覺得滿嘴香噴噴，酸溜溜，甜滋滋的，頓覺神清氣爽，渾身舒暢。于是黑塔將剛才夢中所見、口中所嘗的一一告知了父親，杜康聽了也覺得奇怪，便跟黑塔一起來到了馬房，一看大缸裏的水確是與往日的不同，黝黑，透明，用手指蘸了蘸，嘗了嘗，果然是清香酸甜。　　杜康又細問了黑塔一遍，對老翁講的"二十一"天、"酉時"琢磨了許久，用手比畫著，突然拖住黑塔在地上用手指寫了起來：二十一日酉時，這加起來就是個'醋'字，也許瓊漿就是'醋'吧！　　從此，杜康父子按照老翁指點辦法，在缸內酒槽中加水，經過二十一天釀製，缸中便釀出醋來了。杜康父子將這調味瓊漿送給左鄰右舍品嘗，左鄰右舍也連聲稱好。" 鎮江名醋＂便是這樣在城內外賣開了，並馳名中外。　　後來鎮江人發現，醋擺久了也不會變質，反而存放得愈久，味道更加香醇。"香醋擺不壞"便成了鎮江醋的一大特點。Tianhuang stone seal( Tang Dynasty )" The three acids chart - vinegar " This is not ancient do not shoot to new ideas ( 9.9x9x5cm 810g )The Legend of Zhenjiang vinegar Shanxi mature vinegar (Shanxi Lao Chengcu), named the best vinegar in the world, is known in China as one of the four most famous kinds of vinegar, along with vinegar in Zhejiang, Sichuan and Fujian provinces.
