Oct 28, 2008 - Those are just normal health records kept for any part of the UK...whereas the film-maker makes the specific (and untrue) claim that the health of the residents of Norwich was monitored as part of the experiment.I've examined the declassified Porton reports for these tests and there is no mention of any post-experiment health monitoring. Its vital to understand that the residents of Norwich were not the target for the tests; the target was the city and surrounding countryside.

Oct 27, 2008 - It is very important to recognise that absolutely no evidence has as yet entered the public domain which proves that the health of the residents of Norwich was secretly monitored. This claim is completely untrue and I challenge the film-maker to back up this misleading claim with actual evidence. I suspect that we're in for a long wait.
